In recent years, the service robot is starting to have significant advances in the market. In 2025, there will be a household robot in every house and in 2050, there will be a service robot for each person like a personal computer. In addition, the aging index in the world in 2010 is 28 and it is expected to reach 83 by 2050. In South Korea, the aging index is expected to be five times of the world index; therefore reaching up to 429. The world"s growing elderly population may increase depending on the convenience of the elderly and the disabled. The aim is to provide a service robot to the disabled and the elderly. In this paper, the elderly and the disabled to wireless camera images via PC, the following, ZigBee wireless communication with a remote control robot composed of many different motor and far easier to get things set was developed for the service robot. In addition, this service robot is expected to be applicable to the extension for military (reconnaissance) and research(information gathering).
