The purpose of this study is to explore the cultivation plan of the leisure leaders in order to make good use of theirs leisure time that is increasing in morden society. The summary of this study are as follows: 1. To cultivate the leisure leaders for the old in the group of commuity:The is a plan to use the right man in right place as the leaders after classifieng each section and profession before retrement to have had diverse personal experience, educating them. 2. To cultivate the professional leisure leader for the old: Considering the character of the old, it is to cultivate the professional leisure leaders in order to have the prefessional trait about the problem of the old with expert knowledge and a sense of duty. 3. To post appropriately the leisure leaders for the old: Connecting the organizational relation of the leisure leaders for the old with the existing leaders of sports for all, we must station the leisure leaders for the old to expire the effective use. It is desirable for us to legislate employment and to have enforcing laws.
