This study sampled obese male college students with above 27 of BMI who were attending to W university, I city of Jeollabukdo and obtained independence sample with 9 of the AA+AT gene group and 15 of TT gene group according to obesity gene polymolphism. The aerobic exercise program was given three times a week for 12weeks with the following intensities: 50~55%THR for 1~6 weeks and 55~60%HRmax for 7~12weeks. After the aerobic exercise program, the study analysed changes of variables, body composition, adiponectin and leptin. Two-way ANOVA repeated measures and one-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the difference of treatment duration and between group. The results of this study are presented as follows: First, In the change of the body weight and the BMI of body composition was lower significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer(p<.001). Second, In the change of the adiponetin of inflammatory marker was higher significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer(p<.001), Third, In the change of the leptin of inflammatory marker was lower the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer but, not statistic significantly.
