The purpose of the present study was to investigate theoretical backgrounds that support a research hypothesis related to the relationship between school based physical education and students’ violence inclination. Korean government has carried forward school physical education and sports club activation policy in order to control students" violence inclination. However, the effectiveness of this policy has not been investigated yet. Therefore, the present study focused on brain-scientific mechanism focusing on the connection between physical activity and human violence inclination. The research data bases were used to search related research materials. For the initial search stage, total 121 research studies and public documents were searched and 60 references were finally selected by the screening steps of the present study. Also the validity test to select high quality references was operated. The searched materials were reviewed considering how human physical activity stimulates brain functions that control violence inclination. The findings of this study show that human physical activity positively influences on brain domains that control violence inclination. Based on the previous studies’ findings, theoretically, it is possible that reinforcement of school physical education and sports club positively influence on students’ violence inclination.
