Jerusalem seems the symbol of the identities for Muslims, Christians and Jews. But in fact, since the British occupation till now, Jerusalem has been the center of the political conflicts but not religious conflicts. The core of conflicts is who owns the land by which to keep the political sovereignty. In the result of the 1948 Arab-Israel War, Jerusalem was divided into West Jerusalem and East Jerusalem. Since 1967 War, Israel has occupied all of the Jerusalem, and been the exclusive power in this area. But Palestinians have continued to struggle against the occupation of Israel. The one of today's most important Palestinian issues is the recovery of 'Jerusalem' This article examines the following questions: since 1990s till now the Arguments of Israel/Palestinians, UN General Assembly Resolution 181 of 1947 and Jerusalem, The Claims of International Societies and East Jerusalem. This article tries to find out the possible solution of the Jerusalem Conflicts between Israel and Palestinians.
