The photograph taken by the police officer is to “punish the criminal through finding out the actual reality” and is essentially attached and used because a photograph may objectively show a lot of facts beyond description. Officers in the patrol divisions and police substations dispatched first to the criminal scene, defense police in the demonstration and assemblies, traffic police for the traffic guidance and crime scene investigators for the scene investigation describe and collect evidence from the scene through the photograph and various investigation fields like the remaining crimes, stolen goods and wanted lists have utilized the photograph. However, there has been no training for new police officers and existing training on current police officers are limited to some criminal investigators or intelligence office, meaning that there has been no photograph training on the general police. Such unexistence of systematic training lead the police officers to have very low level of the basic photograph concept and conduct a lot of errors. Therefore, systematic photograph training shall be provided and implemented to general police officers in the police training agencies.
