Purpose: This study discusses on the correspondence of the police and terrorism. The police is undertaking the very important role as to the terrorism prevention. The police are very great responsibility for preventing and fighting terrorism. Therefore, This Study Will be discussed about the police and anti-terrorism. Methods: This study analyzes the official date in government and civilian department. First, I discussed the need for role of police and the terrorism through literature review. Second, the study investigated a variety of policy and present condition in order to look at the anti-terrorism and safety. Conclusion: It is becoming clear that police have an important role in preventing terrorism. They are in a good position to learn about and investigate local terrorist threats. Investigation of terrorists, will require police to extend their normal community policing activities and improve their handling of information. They will need to become more expert in crime prevention and security matters, and they will have to develop partnerships with businesses and a wide range of public and private agencies.
