This study was intended to analyze the mediating effects of perceived value on the relationship between airline physical servicescape and customer satisfaction. The empirical analysis data of this study was collected through an online survey of adults who had experience in boarding an aircraft within the last two years, and finally, the hypothesis test was done using Part 215.
Assumption 1, hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 3 were adopted as the relationship between all variables in the verification of the impact relationship among airline physical servicescape, perceived service value and customer satisfaction was shown to have a statistically significant positive effect. It has been shown that the perceived service value between airline physical servicescape and customer satisfaction had full mediating effects.
If studies related to existing airline physical servicescape compared with full service carrier and low cost carrier were performed, both domestic carrier and foreign carrier, this study would be meaningful and have theoretical implications in that it has been conducted with independent variables. Further, future studies suggested that research will be conducted on the type of aircraft used by passengers on board.
