Purpose
The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical characteristics of delphian lymph node (DLN) metastasis in thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC) and to apply it to treatment of PTC.
Method
This was a retrospective, single-institution study. From March 2013 to January 2021, 378 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery at the Department of Surgery, Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital were analyzed with clinical records.
Result
Of the 378, 126(33.3%) underwent DLN resection due to the discovery of DLN during surgery. Among 126, 22 (17.5%) were found to have DLN metastasis. In ... 전체 초록 보기
