In this study, the concentration of the volatile compounds of Lycium chinense Miller with various extraction and drying methods was analyzed. The extraction process was conducted by three solvents (water, 50% ethanol, and 70% ethanol) using a water bath at 80 ℃ for 2 hours. The drying process was performed using two drying methods (spray, freeze-drying). The manufacturing process was divided into three; extraction, concentration, and drying.
