This paper uses CiteSpace to conduct a visual analysis of the research about physical fitness of children. By sorting out the recent 20 years of literature on international research about physical fitness of children, this paper expounds from the aspects of publication overview, research hotspots and research trends. The study found that there are many groups studying children"s physical fitness in Western countries, but the cooperation between the research groups is scattered. The visual analysis shows a certain stage, and research content is gradually deepened. At present, it tends to adopt a mixed form of qualitative and quantitative research, and there are many research topics. Through the visual analysis of international research about physical fitness of children, the purpose of this paper is to understand the current research status in this field, explore future research trends, and also aim to arouse further discussions on children"s physical fitness research in the academic community.
