The purpose of this research was to identify a relationship between major satisfaction and career exploration behavior of dance major student. To achieve the goal, samples were collected from Universities from Seoul metropolitan area with convenience sampling method. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 statistical program using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results derived from this research are as follows, First, it was confirmed that subject satisfaction and relationship satisfaction had a significant effect on self-exploration behavior among dance major college students. Lectures that meet students" eye level increase satisfaction, which helps them explore themselves, and it is necessary to actively grasp the needs of students. Second, as a result of the analysis of major satisfaction and job search behavior, there was a significant relationship between relationship satisfaction and school perception satisfaction. Active efforts are needed to increase the reputation and awareness of schools, and it is necessary to increase the school image through external publicity and briefing sessions. Third, as a result of the analysis of major satisfaction and career opportunity search behavior, subject satisfaction and relationship satisfaction were derived as significant relationships. It shows the need to introduce various career-related activities in schools and departments and provide opportunities for participation.
