The Sharing Economy is a socio-economic ecosystem built around the sharing of human, physical and intellectual resources. The term “Sharing Economy” was first coined by Lawrence Lessig, a professor at Harvard Law School in 2008. Sharing economy is originally growing out of the open-source community to refer to peer-to-peer based sharing of access to goods and services. Sharing economy is now used to describe any sales transactions that are business to business (B2B), rather than peer-to-peer. The phenomena of the sharing economy certainly emerged much earlier than 2000s. However recently platforms such as Airbnb and Uber are experiencing explosive growth. That has led to regulatory and political debates. In terms of regulatory and innovation, Uber and Airbnb have encountered strong resistance or success throughout the world, forming a competitive relationship with related industries. In the field of resistance, such as Uber, the type of business has changed the form of business that matches domestic law. In the field of accommodation, such as Airbnb there is a movement to embrace the Sharing Economy. Such proactive moves are sometimes carried out by local governments. But the involvement of these local governments is feared to undermine the creative advantages of the use of voluntary, collective intelligence, and death capital-based use. It would be necessary to establish a voluntary platform to form an ecosystem of Sharing Economy. And the Government and local governments will have to revise the law so that it can be utilized properly
