Purpose: This study aims to identify the relationship between positive psychological capital influences and the job satisfaction of the freight forwarder. Research design, data, and methodology: Job satisfaction are divided into mental job satisfaction and material job satisfaction. and further it was investigated whether job satisfaction was affected by individual characteristics such as gender, years of service and position. 197 survey questionnaires responses were gathered from freight forwarding companies, and multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS 26.0 package. Results: According to the results of research, positive psychological capital, that is, organizational members with a positive emotional state, all parts that have a positive influence on mental job satisfaction were adopted, but optimism and resilience were adopted among the four independent variables for material job satisfaction. As a result of analysis between the control variables, years of service and position had no effect on job satisfaction while gender had an effect on job satisfaction. Implications: Organizational members in a positive psychological state can obtain great mental job satisfaction only with a sense of accomplishment because they achieve stron g in tern al motivation for job performan ce. It can be seen that the attractiveness of the job itself plays a big role, rather than performing the job in expectation of personal satisfaction, that is, compensation. Therefore, in order to increase the positive psychological capital of organizational members, it is necessary to give accurate feedback on the results of my work as well as the importance of mental job satisfaction such as satisfaction with work itself. In addition, in order to sustain the positive thinking and psychological state of the employees, efforts should be made to enhance material job satisfaction as a facilitating means through methods such as compensation.
