본 연구의 목적은 재활병원 간호사를 대상으로 재활간호 중요도 지각, 역할갈등, 근무환경 및 재활간호 수행도를 알아보고 재활간호 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 서울, 경기, 충청 지역에 소재한 300병상 이하의 재활병원의 병동에서 근무하는 경력 6개월 이상의 간호사 254명으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 2020년 8월 26일부터 9월 13일 까지 재활간호 수행도, 재활간호 중요도 지각, 역할갈등, 근무환경에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차와 백분율, T-test와 ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis를 실시하였으며, 사후검증으로 Scheffe’s test를 이용하였다. 본 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 대상자는 여자가 94.9%로 대부분을 차지하였고, 평균 연령은 37.69±10.40세이었으며, 기혼자가 52.8%이었다. 학력은 4년제 졸업이 51.2%이었고, 총 임상경력은 평균 10.26±7.41년이었으며 재활병원 근무경력은 평균 3.59±3.21년이었다. 직위는 일반간호사가 90.6% 이었으며, 재활간호교육 이수경험 유무는 ‘있다’가 53.1% 이었다. 재활 팀 회의 참석 경험은 ‘없다’가 57.9%로 나타났다. 2. 대상자의 재활간호 수행도의 평균은 3.27±0.46점, 재활간호 중요도 지각의 평균은 4.16±0.46점, 역할갈등의 평균은 3.62±0.63점, 근무환경의 평균은 2.54±0.46점이었다. 3. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 재활간호 수행도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 대상자의 재활간호 수행도와 재활간호 중요도 지각(r=.39, p<.001), 근무환경(r=.22, p=.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 5. 대상자의 재활간호 수행도에 재활간호 중요도 지각(β=.39, p<.001), 근무환경(β=.19, p=.002)순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 18.5%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통하여 재활병원 간호사의 재활간호 중요도 지각, 근무환경이 재활간호 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 근거로 재활병원 간호사의 재활간호 수행도 향상을 위해 간호사의 중요도 지각을 강화하고 더 나은 근무환경을 조성을 위해 노력할 필요가 있다.
This study investigated the degree of importance attached to rehabilitation nursing, role conflict, practice environments, and the performance of rehabilitation nursing among nurses working in rehabilitation hospitals. Factors affecting the performance of rehabilitation nursing were subsequently identified. The participants comprised 254 nurses from Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong areas. All the participants had over six months of experience working in rehabilitation hospital wards with less than 300 beds. Data were collected between August 26 and September 13, 2020 via structured questionnaires concerning the performance of rehabilitation nursing, the importance of rehabilitation nursing, role conflict, and the practice environment. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson''s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were used. Scheffe''s test was used for post-hoc testing. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Majority of the participants were female (94.9%), 52.8% were married, and the average age was 37.69±10.40 years. The highest educational attainment for 51.2% of participants was a four-year degree, the total clinical career averaged 10.26±7.41 years, and the rehabilitation clinical career averaged 3.59±3.21 years. Regarding their positions, 90.6% of respondents were staff nurses, 53.1% had completed rehabilitation nursing education, and 57.9% responded that they had not attended the rehabilitation team meeting. 2) The average rehabilitation nursing performance of the participants was 3.27±0.46, the average importance of rehabilitation nursing was 4.16±0.46, the average role conflict score was 3.62±0.63, and the average score for the practice environment was 2.54±0.46. 3) There was no significant difference in performance of rehabilitation nursing according to the general characteristics of the participants. 4) Participants'' rehabilitation nursing performance and the importance of rehabilitation nursing (r=.39, p<.001), along with the practice environment (r=.22, p=.001),showed a significant positive correlation. 5) Importance of rehabilitation nursing (β=.39, p<.001) and the practice environment (β =.19, p=.002) were found to affect a person''s rehabilitation nursing performance. The results of this study demonstrate the importance of rehabilitation nursing by nurses working in rehabilitation hospitals, and practice environments were identified as factors that affected the performance of rehabilitation nursing. Therefore, to improve the performance of rehabilitation nurses in rehabilitation hospitals, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of the importance of rehabilitation nursing and improve their working environment.
