Dancesports academy’s service can be assessed on the whole when its members’ response to servicescape and personal service offered is examined after their use of the academy. Moreover, when the relationship between servicescape and personal service and customer response and behavior intention is analyzed, empirical basic information can be presented to reinforce competition and decrease defected customers for successful management and maximized profits of dancesports academy.
Therefore this study aims to reveal causal relationship between servicescape and personal service and customer response and behavior intention in members using dance sports academy. Dancesports academy members served as population. The subjects were selected by convenience sampling and a total of 392 materials were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 Finally, the following results were obtained. First, for the effects of servicescape on customer response, environment, space layout, and symbols of servicescape sub-factors influenced customer response. Second, for the effects of servicescape on behavior intention, symbols of servicescape sub-factors only influenced revisit, word-of-mouth intention, and an academy image of behavior intention sub-factors. Third, for the effect of personal service on customer response, lecture’s ability and understanding members of personal service sub-factors influenced cognitive, emotional, and physical response of customer response sub-factors. Fourth, for the effects of personal service on behavior intention, lecture’s ability and understanding members of personal service sub-factors influenced revisit, word-of-mouth intention, and an academy image.
