The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of attention, ease of use, content relevance, and interaction factors affecting learning satisfaction on the learning satisfaction of participants in flip - learning - based hairdressing classes. The survey was conducted on 187 students in cosmetology and hairdressing curriculum. A total of 156 samples were collected. The participants who participated in the flip - learning - based hair - dressing class were 74 students in the first grade and 29 students in the second grade. A total of 103 students were selected for the final study. The results of this study are as follows: First, in the regression analysis to find the sub - factors affecting the satisfaction of the students in the flip learning - based hair - beauty class, attention factor, usability, Respectively. Secondly, regression analysis was performed on the two variables of the t - test to see whether there was a difference in the learning satisfaction according to the grade and video watching frequency of the flip learning - based hair beauty class participants. As a result, The degree of influence on learning satisfaction was statistically significant. Therefore, the flip learning-based hairdressing lesson can be a valuable teaching-learning method that enhances the attentiveness and the overall satisfaction of the class among the sub-factors of the participants' learning satisfaction.
