Purpose
Next Generation Sequencing(NGS) is now being a standard technology for its speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness compared to the old ones. With these advantages, it is commonly used to prove various associations between cancer and gene mutations. Relationships between breast cancer and genes have been studied numerously up to this day, and the purpose of this study is to improve the prognosis and future treatment of patients with breast cancer by applying NGS.
Method
