The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual status of non-face-to-face practical classes in universities due to COVID-19. The correlation with the difference in satisfaction with the preparation of educational institutions, awareness of participation, and practical classes was analyzed, and difficulties caused by non-face-to-face lectures were investigated. This study conducted a survey of 109 college students participating in practical classes in 2019. In order to collect related questionnaire data, it was distributed and collected into Google questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 25.0. The result of this study were to difference in participant consciousness and satisfaction with practical classes according to gender. Second, Educational institutions preparation, participant consciousness, and practical satisfaction were correlated with each other. The most difficult point when conducting non-face-to-face classes was the lack of practice space, and in addition, difficulty in communication and poor quality of lectures compared to face-to-face lectures. In order to improve the quality of classes, it is necessary to implement a support system at schools and services that can accommodate the needs of students according to the practical educational environment. The results suggested practical countermeasures and new directions for improvement by identifying the problems and limitations of non-face-to-face practical classes.
