This paper aims to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction and revisit intention of customers using dessert cafes, and to understand the effect of the satisfaction perceived by customers in dessert cafes on revisiting. The purpose of the study is to provide data that can help strategic methods and plans to provide effective services between operators of dessert cafes in Busan and Gyeongnam and customers. In previous studies on the service industry, it was confirmed that the selection attribute of dessert cafes caused customers to revisit, and it was found that the cafe selection attribute was important in drawing positive effects. First, we would like to provide a marketing strategy for creating profits for dessert cafes based on the results considered by investigating how the selection attribute of dessert cafes affects customer satisfaction, secondly, how the perception of dessert cafes affects customer satisfaction, and revisit intention. As a result, the variables of the selection attributes of dessert cafes were convenience and dessert quality, of which dessert quality had a positive(+) effect on satisfaction, and next, convenience showed a positive(+) effect on satisfaction. Customer satisfaction with dessert cafes was found to have a positive(+) effect on revisit intention, and satisfaction was found to have a positive(+) effect on revisit intention, and the analysis of the regression pattern of dessert cafe selection attributes on customer revisit intention.
