Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the social servicescape of physical education within liberal arts courses on students’ rapport and overall class satisfaction.
Method: Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 26. The research results were derived through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis.
Results: The research results are presented as follows: First, the professionalism, attitude, and extroversion within the social servicescape of physical education liberal arts courses had a positive (+) effect on rapport formation with students. Second, the professionalism and attitude of the social servicescape in liberal arts physical education courses had a positive (+) effect on class satisfaction. Third, rapport formation within the course had a positive (+) effect on class satisfaction.
Conclusion: These findings indicate that the instructor’s social servicescape plays a crucial role in fostering rapport with students and enhancing overall class satisfaction.
