This research is to evaluate the relationship among hotel service quality, verbal communication, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in order to seek the strategy for the market competitiveness and the sustainable growth in the hotel industry. The research model and hyphtheses were set up through the theoretical research. And the questionnaire survey was conducted to 250 customers who visited the luxury hotels in both Seoul and Busan. Total of 191 questionnaire samples were used in empirical analysis. For the data analysis, Preacher, K.J. and Hayes, A.F.``s study -Asymptotic and resampling strategies for assessing and comparing indirect effects in multiple mediator models - was used. Also, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and SmartPLS2 measurement analysis were conducted to each question that used in this study. The EFA was carried out by measured variables; room quality, verbal communication, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The results are as follows: First, hotel service quality has significantly influenced on verbal communication, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Second, in service quality factors, the human service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, professionally trained verbal communication has significantly influenced on customer satisfaction and customer behavior. Fourth, cooperative communication such as giving accurate information and rapid response has significantly influenced on customer satisfaction; whereas it has no significant influence on customer loyalty and price sensitivity. Lastly, customer satisfaction has significantly influenced on customer loyalty and price sensitivity.
