This study was conducted to verify how service quality factors affect the intention of continuous use of delivery apps through service satisfaction by using the method of Smart PLS as perceived by delivery app users. The subjects of present study were adults who used delivery app service within the last 6 months, and 238 responses excluding insincere respondents and missing values out of a total of 259 questionnaire responses were used for statistical verification. SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS were used for statistics analysis, and hypothesis testing was conducted after verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire items. The research results are as follows. First, the food quality, certainty, tracking history, and stability among the service quality factors had a positive (+) effect on the intention of continuous use through customer satisfaction. Second, service satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on intention to use continuous. Therefore, this study confirmed that app information safety and tracking information, the confidence of the delivery driver and the food quality of the restaurant among the service quality factors of delivery apps affected satisfaction or continued use intention. Based on these research results, current study suggested practical implications that can be applied to small business owners of restaurants in the growing delivery app market.
