This study is expected to suggest basic resources and improvement possibilities required for the development, design, and operation of related contents by providing useful information on the correlation between the major factors that affect the use of mobile delivery apps. Also, the model that integrates the flow, which is a variable that is valued in regards to online consumer behaviors on the Technical Acceptance Model related to the acceptance of information technology, is expected to broaden the understanding of user behaviors related to the acceptance of applications to provide practical implications for application developers and marketers. The delivery app used for the purpose of this study was the people of delivery, which is currently the top service considering annual revenues and cumulative downloads. The subjects were male and female natives over 20 years old through whole Korea who have ever used the delivery app within the past 3 months. Among the subjects, a survey was conducted on restaurant consumers who have ordered food on the people of delivery app. As a result, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have significant influences on playfulness, but had no significant impact on time distortion. Perceived ease of use had a significant impact on the intention to use the app, but perceived usefulness had no significant impact. Pleasure had a significant impact on the intention to use the app, but time of distortion had no significant impact. It was suggested that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and pleasure are important factors in order to encourage restaurant consumers to continue using the delivery apps.
