The purpose of this study was to investigate how perceived ease of use of delivery apps and perceived usefulness influence on the attitude and behaviour of consumers with using the technology acceptance model (TAM). The use of delivery application by consumers is increasing due to the improvements in national income level, the market environment of dining out trends such as increase in the number of double-income households and single~double person households, and the increase in smartphone penetration. The influence of the intetion of behavior followed by delivery application’s technology acceptance model has been analyzed. Data collection was conducted from october 28 to november 4, 2020 through online survey. The final 203 copies were used for analysis data. The results were summarized as follows. First, the use of delivery apps had a significant positive effect on perceived ease, and the quality of delivery apps had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Secondly, perceived usefulness had a greater impact on consumer attitudes than perceived ease of use. Last, attitudes had a significant positive influence on behavioral intention. The implications of this study are that, in order for consumers to have a positive attitude toward delivery apps, increasing perceived usefulness is the most important factor, so it should be considered when developing and managing delivery apps.
